Location: Southwestern Ontario
We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.
Duration: 4 months (extendable)
Shift Timings:
Monday to Friday; 3 pm to 11 pm
- Open, prepare, and sort all mail slated for digital imaging and subsequent processing.
- Analyze content of documents to identify the appropriate business unit.
- Apply appropriate tracking methodology for specific mail streams and processes.
- Perform document scanning on high-speed scanners.
- Monitor workflow queues to troubleshoot imaging issues as necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as required by business needs.
- High school diploma required.
- 1–2 years of previous customer service or administrative experience.
- Ability to lift scanned boxes weighing approximately 20–30 lbs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong PC skills.
- Tech savvy and quick learner with ability to adapt to internal systems.
- Proven knowledge of all business unit document types.
- Experience operating office equipment and troubleshooting minor hardware/software issues (1+ years).
