Job Summary
Our client, a well-established company in London, ON, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for a short-term assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices, performing accurate data entry, scanning and organizing documents, and assisting with light administrative and office support tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and reliability.
Job Type: Temporary 3–6-week assignment with the opportunity to gain permanent employment.
Job Location: London, ON. Not on a bus route.
Compensation: $22.00/hour
Shift Structure: Monday to Friday; 8:30am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities- Perform accounts payable data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- Scan and organize invoices for electronic recordkeeping
- Greet visitors and assist with front-desk reception duties as needed
- Replenish office and kitchen supplies, including coffee and related items
- Sort and prepare office boxes for storage or archiving
- Support general office operations and perform other light administrative duties as assigned
