This individual for this position will need to be self-motivated with excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills who has a good understanding of time management. While primarily working in the office, there may be a requirement to work from other locations. Expectations include being able to work flexible hours, sometimes outside of traditional business hours to support projects or events.
Reporting to the Team Lead/Manager, the business centre clerk is required to collaborate effectively with all internal clients and is responsible for the overall in-office client experience.

Location:
London, ON (Onsite)
Salary: $22/Hour
Duration: 6 months (Possibility of Extension)
Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM – Overtime when required

Responsibilities
Business Centre Responsibilities (50%)
Critical attributes of this position include: excellence in customer service, positive, proactive “can do” attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Digital and/or technical skills, attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, ability to handle multiple priorities and flexibility to prioritize and adapt to changing demands, deadlines and work in a team environment are essential.
● Responsible for providing our internal/external clients with enhanced customer care, this includes
responding to issues, concerns, providing information etc.
● Responsible for checking the Business Centre database (Premier office) on a regular basis for client
requests.
● Responsible for monitoring and forwarding incoming Right faxes via company fax Services email inbox.
● Responsible for issuing and maintaining inventory of daily security visitor passes, and sending a list of
delinquent users to the Facility team.
● Responsible for emailing scanned mail/registered mail confirmation receipts to clients as needed.
● Adaptable and able to work within tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility.
● Responsible for taking on a “Buddy”role for new hires and summer students.
● Responsible for notifying clients of rush inbound urgent packages and envelopes.
● Responsible to provide backup support to the Copy Centre
● Responsible for receiving and delivering large cartons to internal clients.
● Responsible for preparing and processing registered mail and xpress post mail using the Canada Post
“Send Pro” online system.
● Responsible for receiving, sorting, & notify the recipient of Canada post mail via email.
● Responsible for maintaining standard supplies in the convenience centers.
● Responsible for monitoring and replenishing staples supply in the copy room (as per LOS supply list).
● Responsible for sorting and distributing daily inbound/outbound interoffice mail including “Staples”
orders.
● Responsible for sorting and packing interoffice mail for pre scheduled mail runs to other locations.
● Responsible for sorting & processing of Canada Post outgoing mail including registered mail utilizing
the Pitney Bowes System, and performing general maintenance of the mailing machine.
● Responsible for identifying unknown recipient mail on the iClient/Ipower and mail distribution sheet
and posting to the unidentified mail list.
● Responsible for logging and maintaining file cabinet distribution
● Responsible for logging and maintaining file cabinet keys
Shipping Responsibilities (40%)
● Responsible for receiving, checking and logging on the Premier Office all inbound courier packages.
