Role DescriptionThis is a part‑time, on‑site Office Associate role at our London, ON location, with the possibility to extend the hours to full‑time. The Office Associate will handle daily administrative tasks, shipping, receiving, assist with basic accounting functions, and ensure the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities include supporting office management and delivering outstanding support to both clients and team members.
Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Experience in administrative assistance and office administration to organize and manage everyday tasks
- Proficiency in customer service to provide excellent support and efficiently address client inquiries
- Knowledge of basic accounting practices
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Previous experience in an office or administrative environment is an asset
