Position:
Mail Clerk– Full-Time, 1 year contract

Start Date:

ASAP
Salary 17.90$/h

Hours:

Monday to Friday (flexibility required to work an 8-hour shift within this time frame).
5 days per week in Office
- London, ON

Responsibilities

• Handle parcel and mail deliveries and pickups

• Sort all incoming and outgoing mail, obtaining signatures for courier items as required.

• Process returned mail and review its contents to determine the correct delivery destination.

• Fold and manually insert materials for outgoing distribution tasks.

• Separate, staple, and organize advisor correspondence.

Qualifications

• Capable of managing many tasks at once, even with regular interruptions.

• Detail-oriented, with strong information recall.

• Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Able to walk long distances while pushing a mail cart.

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs

• Strong and effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Security Clearance required
