We're looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator who can support the daily flow of our construction projects. If you're someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, juggling multiple priorities, and staying one step ahead of the site needs, this role is a great fit. You'll work closely with our Site Supervisor and project team to help keep timelines on track and communication clear.

Assist with daily scheduling of trades and material deliveries

Communicate directly with suppliers, subcontractors, and team members

Track and follow up on permit statuses and inspections

Document site progress with notes and photos

Maintain daily logs, punch lists, and task checklists

Keep materials and site documentation organized

Coordinate between office and site to ensure nothing slips through the cracks

Step in to support with light physical tasks or cleanups as needed

Strong communication and time management skills

Able to prioritize and pivot quickly when things change

Detail-oriented and dependable under pressure

Familiar with renovation or construction environments

Tech-savvy with comfort using apps, emails, and spreadsheets

Valid G license and reliable transportation
