Support Volkswagen Group’s vehicle program as an Administrator in St. Thomas, Ontario. Enhance operations while providing crucial administrative support and improving processes.

As a Vehicle Program Administrator on a 6-month contract with Power Co, you'll play a vital role in the Corporate Vehicle Services team. Your responsibilities include vehicle ordering, inspections, and maintaining records. You'll communicate with both internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth program operations while identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for the Company Vehicle Program

• Maintain accurate vehicle records throughout the lifecycle

• Coordinate activities with stakeholders and vendors

• Review workflows to improve efficiency

• Develop and update policy documentation and training materials

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in administrative support

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Excel expertise required

• Effective communicator with customer-focused mindset

• Experience in vehicle services or fleet management is an asset
