Location: Southwestern Ontario

Strengthen healthcare scheduling operations as a Staffing Unit Clerk in Chatham-Kent, Ontario. This temporary part-time role focuses on utilizing your administrative and scheduling skills efficiently.

As part of the Scheduling Resource Office, this position will run from now until December 26, 2026. You will leverage your two years of scheduling experience, ideally in a healthcare context, and advanced Excel knowledge to fulfill critical staffing needs. Familiarity with payroll and union scheduling language is an asset for ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage healthcare staff schedules

• Implement advanced Excel techniques for scheduling tasks

• Assist with payroll processes and documentation

• Interpret union contracts for proper scheduling

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and attendance

Requirements:

• Office Administration certificate or equivalent experience

• At least two years in a scheduling role

• Proven advanced Excel skills

• Strong MS Office and scheduling software knowledge

• Familiarity with collective agreements in healthcare
