As the Scheduling and Curriculum Specialist, you will oversee the development of academic schedules and coordinate examination processes at the University of Waterloo.

Your role will involve collaboration with various faculty members and administrative teams to ensure the integrity of course data and compliance with regulations. This position requires strong analytical and organizational capabilities to manage multiple scheduling needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the master scheduling process

• Resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource use

• Work with the Registrar’s Office for timely data

• Facilitate submission of curriculum changes

• Manage examination scheduling and accommodations

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in academic coordination

• Strong knowledge of scheduling software and student systems

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle competing priorities

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent
