As part of your contractual position with Power Co, you will support the Corporate Vehicle Services team in managing vehicle operations. Responsibilities include overseeing vehicle orders, inspections, and enhancing documentation processes. This role will require you to collaborate with various stakeholders and identify opportunities for improvement in operational workflows and customer service practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support for vehicle operations and administration

• Ensure accurate and timely vehicle record updates

• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth vehicle program functions

• Assess and improve current workflows for efficiency

• Draft and maintain policy and training documentation

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Business or related field

• 1-3 years experience in administrative roles

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience in fleet or vehicle services preferred
