The successful candidate will support the Corporate Vehicle Services team during a staff leave, focusing on vehicle ordering, inspections, and returns.

Your role will include reviewing workflows and implementing improvements for maximum compliance and efficiency in vehicle operations, all while working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer vehicle orders, deliveries, and inspections

• Ensure records are timely and accurate throughout vehicle lifecycle

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and vendors

• Create and update compliance documentation and resources

• Analyze vehicle data to inform operational decisions

Requirements:

• College diploma or degree in Business Administration

• 1-3 years in support or administrative roles

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
