DescriptionWe are in search of a driven and seasoned Sales Manager to lead the sales team in our Portable Toilets division for Ontario. The Sales Manager will spearhead the management of our sales representatives, pinpoint avenues for growth, and propel sales initiatives within the market. This pivotal role presents an exciting opportunity for an influential individual to contribute to our organizational triumphs while nurturing a fulfilling career in the waste management domain.
PositionResponsibilities
- Lead a team of sales representatives, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving collective goals and surpassing expectations within the Portable Toilets division.
- Cultivate and fortify relationships with a diverse portfolio of key accounts, proactively identifying opportunities for expansion and cross-functional collaboration.
- Champion the exploration of new clientele and growth prospects while aligning initiatives with the company's overarching objectives.
- Develop an intimate understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and requirements to deliver bespoke solutions that drive unparalleled value.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product development teams, to ensure seamless service delivery and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure, consistently meeting or surpassing predefined sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the sales team performance.
- Conduct routine account evaluations, analyze sales data, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize performance and enhance client experiences.
- Remain abreast of industry dynamics, market trends, and competitor landscapes within the Portable Toilets sector to identify and capitalize on new business prospects.
- Proven leadership experience, track record of successful leadership roles, focus on managing and motivating teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to effectively manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive individual and collective performance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales, ideally within the Portable Toilets industry.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal aptitudes, instrumental in cultivating enduring client relationships.
- Proficiency in comprehending intricate client requisites and articulating compelling solutions.
- Remarkable problem‑solving acumen and adeptness in making sound decisions within dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance, identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and make data‑driven decisions to optimize team productivity and achieve revenue targets.

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
