About the Role

We are seeking an organized, confident, and client-focused Event Coordinator to plan and execute corporate events ranging from intimate meetings to large‑scale functions.

This is a hands‑on role requiring strong on‑site presence, clear communication, and the ability to pivot quickly in live‑event environments. You will oversee event logistics, manage client expectations, and ensure seamless execution from contract to post‑event follow‑up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events of varying size and complexity
  • Serve as the primary on‑site contact to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Prepare and manage event contracts and documentation
  • Maintain accurate client and event information
  • Coordinate timelines and logistics with internal teams, vendors, and clients
  • Adapt quickly to last‑minute changes while maintaining professionalism
  • Conduct post‑event follow‑up to support repeat business and long‑term relationships
  • Uphold company standards for service and execution
  • Perform other duties as assigned
