Position: EY Mobility Expatriate Tax Manager Role
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Join EY as a Manager in the Mobility practice, specializing in expatriate tax services. You'll handle Canadian and US tax compliance for diverse international clients.

In this pivotal role, you will direct complex expatriate tax engagements and ensure the high-quality review of income tax returns. You will support clients on global mobility tax challenges while overseeing both engagement economics and junior staff development. As a trusted advisor, you'll deliver value to our clients through compliant solutions and tailored support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Canadian and US expatriate tax engagements

• Review and validate complex tax returns for clients

• Identify risks and offer cross-border tax advice

• Manage budget, schedule, and timelines of engagements

• Mentor and coach Tax Staff and Senior Tax Staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related area

• CPA or similar tax designation

• Several years of experience in personal taxation

• Expertise in tax compliance and legislation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
