You will be an integral part of the Capital and Risk Solutions team, leading expense analysis and the annual budget process.
Your role includes supporting financial disclosures and mentoring team members to ensure high-quality reporting. Collaborate effectively with senior management and corporate functions to drive financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial expense analysis and budget activities
• Support preparation of annual financial statement disclosures
• Mentor and guide team members in their reporting roles
• Optimize finance reporting processes through technology
• Analyze reports for Great-West's corporate financial needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Business, or equivalent
• 3–5+ years of experience in finance and reporting
• CPA or equivalent designation preferred
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively across teams and deadlines
