We are looking for a candidate with an accounting background to manage day-to-day financial operations, including gift processing and accountability. Engage with the finance team to assist in audit preparations and ensure compliance with financial regulations while delivering exceptional service to our donors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable with proper G/L codes

• Prepare bank deposits and reconcile accounting records

• Handle donation reporting and CRM management

• Oversee lottery compliance and financial reconciliations

• Assist with various tasks supporting the office operations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in accounting/bookkeeping

• 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred

• Advanced skills in Excel and accounting applications

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Valid Ontario driver's license is required
