Position: Finance Manager with Home Builder
Join a leading home builder in London, Ontario as a Finance and Accounting Manager. Oversee payroll, accounts, and financial reporting for multiple entities in this full-time role.

In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Operations, managing all finance department activities. You will be instrumental in the month-end and year-end closing processes while maintaining compliance with financial regulations. Effective teamwork and analytical skills will be vital for your success in this leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct full cycle accounting across various entities

• Produce timely and accurate financial reports

• Monitor, manage, and forecast cash flow positions

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance

• Engage in budgeting and financial variance analysis

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5 to 8 years in accounting and financial roles

• Recommended CPA designation, not mandatory

• Familiarity with multi-entity financial management

• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of accounting software
