Senior Personal Banker - Investing - (Future Opportunities)

Work Location: London, Ontario, Canada

Hours: 37.5

Pay Details: $59,500 - $84,000 CAD

Senior Personal Banker – Investing is a senior role focused on delivering personalized investment advice to clients. You will help clients grow their wealth, provide sound financial planning, and promote loyalty and investment returns.

Responsibilities
  • Own the client experience and build long‑term relationships.
  • Help clients grow their money by providing personalized investment advice.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen the client relationship by introducing One TD partners for all banking needs including investing and lending.
  • Build trust and protect clients, colleagues, and the Bank.
  • Simplify processes for colleagues and clients and influence change.
  • Commit to growth & training, strengthening capabilities to provide elevated advice.
Qualifications Must‑have
  • High School diploma.
  • Required Accreditation:
    Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent, and Certificate in Financial Services Advice (CFSA) - FPI & PFSA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry managing client relationships, providing financial advice and investment solutions.
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in investment products and services, including Mutual funds, GICs, RSP, and market growth.
  • In‑depth knowledge of RESL, day‑to‑day banking, and all other TD products and services.
  • Client‑focused mindset while maintaining accountability for responsible, strategic pricing practices & financial outcomes.
  • Problem‑solving and people skills to de‑escalate challenging situations and resolve client complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Strong regulatory, AML, and compliance knowledge to support a culture of integrity.
  • Drive to engage in client outreach and community presence to acquire new assets and deepen client relationships.
  • Ability to work a rotation across branch hours of operation to ensure advice is available when clients need it.
Nice‑to‑have
  • Post‑Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Other accreditations (e.g., Financial Planning II).
