Location: Southwestern Ontario
Join Equitable as a Group Collections and Commissions Specialist. This hybrid role in Waterloo, ON focuses on premium collection and advisor compensation inquiries.
In this permanent full-time position, you will support clients and advisors by resolving complex commission and premium payment queries. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced environment. The role requires collaboration across various organizational levels to ensure accuracy in advisor records and payment processing while managing workload effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support advisors and clients with commission and premium inquiries
• Collaborate on relationship management at various levels
• Ensure advisor licensing and error corrections are current
• Assist with agent of record changes and transaction processing
• Prepare reconciliations using Microsoft Excel
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education required
• Minimum 2 years in collections or commission processing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
