As a Development Finance Coordinator, you will engage in various functions that support Development Charges Act compliance and financial modeling. Your responsibilities include aiding Planning and Development departments and ensuring accurate integration of growth projects. You'll also analyze financial data, provide recommendations, and prepare reports to help aid decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on development charges in compliance with policies
• Monitor integration of approved growth projects within budgets
• Prepare revenue projections for development charges reserve funds
• Analyze financial information and report on performance
• Lead financial processing system developments for accuracy
Requirements:
• Knowledge of Development Charges Act and related regulations
• Experience with financial analytics and reporting
• Strong communication skills with external stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Proficiency in financial modeling and spreadsheet creation
