Lead strategic financial initiatives as a Senior Finance Business Partner with eSentire.

Your role will focus on financial planning, analysis, and delivering insights to senior leadership.

In this high-visibility position, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to guide eSentire’s financial strategy. Ideal candidates possess 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly within tech environments. You will design financial models, perform variance analysis, and maintain effective reporting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts collaboratively

• Deliver insights into business performance trends

• Design dashboards using Adaptive Insights and Power BI

• Conduct monthly reporting cycles and variance analysis

• Review investment proposals for strategic alignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

• 5–7 years in financial planning & analysis

• CPA, CFA, or MBA with finance concentration

• Strong skills in Net Suite and Adaptive Insights

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
