Elevate Sun Life Canada’s financial strategies as the Vice President of In-Force Optimization. This hybrid role is designed for a finance professional ready to drive performance enhancements.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will report to the VP of In-Force Management.

Your role entails leveraging your diverse experiences to uncover optimization opportunities and implement strategic initiatives that significantly impact financial metrics. With your background, you'll facilitate collaboration with various departments to explore and develop new financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify key optimization strategies for financial performance

• Collaborate with business units for deep financial assessments

• Partner with external stakeholders for strategic initiatives

• Oversee financial analyses of capital arrangements

• Enhance transparency for financial management on legacy products

Requirements:

• FCIA/FSA, CPA, CFA or MBA qualification

• Over 10 years of industry experience

• Deep understanding of financial drivers in insurance

• Ability to communicate complex information effectively

• Fluency in French and English for Quebec management
