Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to understand their life and financial objectives, conduct in-depth financial reviews, and foster long-term connections through ongoing support and guidance.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to analyze results, develop recommendations, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of financial programs, policies, and practices.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve shared objectives while enhancing the client experience and demonstrating a commitment to service excellence.
  • Monitor productivity and service delivery, identify opportunities for increased efficiency, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends to remain at the forefront of financial planning.
  • Share expertise by mentoring and guiding colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Uphold a strong culture of risk management and control, aligned with the organization’s risk appetite.
  • Engage fully as a valued team member and contribute to a positive, service-oriented workplace.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in banking services, with a track record of managing client relationships and providing tailored investment advice (preferred).
  • Willingness to obtain Registered Representative (RR) licensing with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) if not currently licensed.
  • Commitment to achieving the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within the first three years in the role.
  • CFP eligibility:
    University degree OR meet at least one of the following:
    • Up to 10 years of qualifying work experience.
    • Have been a QAFP professional in good standing for a minimum of 5 years at the time of applying.
