As Finance Manager, you will report directly to the VP of Finance and oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. The position demands close collaboration with various departments to provide insights that influence profitability and operational efficiency in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and key performance indicators

• Oversee year-end audits and compliance requirements

• Partner with teams to understand cost drivers and financial risks

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes organization-wide

• Develop financial dashboards for performance insights

Requirements:

• At least five years of progressive finance or accounting experience

• CPA designation or candidate preferred

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and cost analysis

• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial tools

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
