As Libro Credit Union expands, we're looking for a passionate individual for the Banking Advisor role at our Essex Branch. Ideal candidates will provide tailored financial advice and support to members, managing everyday banking needs and facilitating lending solutions. You'll play a key role in fostering relationships and promoting community-focused banking services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise members on personal and business financial needs

• Support account openings and manage deposits

• Offer lending solutions, including credit and mortgages

• Identify opportunities for attracting new business

• Collaborate on high-potential client needs with advanced specialists

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in finance or business

• 1-3 years in financial services sales or advisory

• Proven experience with banking products and business lending

• Strong motivation for helping clients improve finances
