As a Financial Services Manager at Leavens Chrysler, you will drive results in our Business Office while ensuring a customer-centered approach. This role requires a self-motivated, organized individual with at least one year of experience in financial services management. You'll work closely with the Sales Team, guiding them in financing processes to foster client qualifications and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financing and leasing operations effectively

• Assist sales with financing status updates

• Provide training to the Sales Team on financing

• Supervise the finance portfolio and client follow-up

• Maintain contact with financing sources for error-free contracts

Requirements:

• Valid OMVIC license or willingness to obtain

• Valid class 'G' driver's license

• Previous Automotive F&I experience preferred

• Availability for evening and Saturday shifts
