Join Canada Life as a Financial Support Advisor, providing essential assistance to advisors in a temporarily full-time role. Your expertise will help resolve client inquiries and improve their experience.
In this position, you will become a part of the Quadrus team, responding to advisor inquiries regarding mutual fund policies and procedures. The focus will be on enhancing advisor relationships and ensuring compliance without a sales aspect. Candidates must have relevant financial course completion to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address inquiries from Quadrus representatives and clients
• Facilitate education on Investment Centre technology
• Communicate sensitive issues for prompt resolution
• Build rapport with advisors and field contacts
• Meet service standards in accordance with National Instruments
Requirements:
• Completion of IFIC or Canadian Securities Course
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Capable of handling ambiguity in a dynamic environment
• Bilingual (French/English) is a plus
