At Sunnyside Home, you will play a vital role in maintaining financial integrity for seniors. Your responsibilities include month-end accounting reconciliations, providing accommodation financial information, and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete. Collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team is essential to foster a caring, person-centered environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform month-end account reconciliations accurately
• Provide financial information to residents and families
• Calculate accommodation rates and reductions
• Process resident trust account payments and cheques
• Liaise with families regarding financial documentation
Requirements:
• Certificate or degree in finance/accounting or related field
• Experience in financial operations and accounting procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
• Must complete a vulnerable sector police check
Engage deeply with the senior community while ensuring financial accuracy at Sunnyside Home.
