Drive finance systems optimization as a Lead Business Process Analyst tner with Finance and IT to enhance integrations and streamline operations using data-driven improvements.
Open Text is looking for a Lead Business Process Analyst to enhance and optimize finance-related workflows across our CAO organization. This strategic role requires collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and IT to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities within record-to-report cycles. You will also lead requirements gathering sessions to document current and future workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and improve end-to-end finance processes
• Collaborate to identify automation opportunities
• Lead process-mapping sessions for workflows
• Evaluate and recommend ERP system improvements
• Monitor process performance with KPIs and dashboards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years experience in business process analysis
• Strong understanding of finance systems and workflows
• Proficient in ERP platforms and data visualization tools
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
