Investment Solutions Financial Manager

Location: Southwestern Ontario

Lead financial reporting and analysis for an investment fund company with critical oversight of processes and budgets. Manage and improve control environments while delivering accurate and timely financial statements.

As the Financial Manager at our Investment Solutions firm, you'll report directly to the Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis. Your expertise in preparing financial statements and managing budget cycles will greatly influence operational success. Additionally, you will supervise investment solutions industry reporting and ensure compliance with audit requirements for a seamless workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements

• Generate regulatory monthly financial packages and working capital reports

• Support the annual budgeting and planning process

• Oversee all reporting for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end

• Manage quarterly proprietary AUM reporting

Requirements:

• Accounting designation with 5+ years of experience

• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Power Point

• Strong report writing skills with relevant tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
