Client Service Representative at CIBC

Location: Southwestern Ontario

Deliver exceptional banking support as a Client Service Representative with CIBC at the University of Waterloo. Use your expertise in financial services to engage clients and enhance their banking experience.

In this full-time role, you’ll be a vital part of the Personal and Business Banking Team. Your focus will be on client engagement, problem-solving, and leveraging technology to introduce clients to effective mobile banking solutions. Flexibility is required for banking hours, which can include evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily banking inquiries and transactions

• Resolve client issues through active listening and problem-solving

• Introduce clients to banking technology and mobile apps

• Connect clients with appropriate team members when needed

• Maintain a positive client service experience

Requirements:

• Experience in client service and financial products

• Strong digital literacy and empathy skills

• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
