As a Senior Client Service Advisor, you will leverage your expertise to prioritize client needs and deliver tailored treasury solutions. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to independently manage tasks while coordinating with various teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to and resolve client service requests
• Partner with teams to implement effective service solutions
• Identify and address customer complaints with long-term strategies
• Conduct regular service reviews to promote product use
• Maintain accurate records and reporting of service issues
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in treasury operations and client service
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven time management and prioritization skills
• Experience in commercial banking desirable
• Certified Treasury Professional or equivalent preferred
