Position: Experienced Financial Controller Wanted
Be at the helm of our finance operations as an ambitious Financial Controller. This position focuses on financial reporting, payroll, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards in a project-oriented environment.

As Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for accurate financial analysis, budget management, and overseeing daily accounting functions.

Your role will require a balance between analytical skills and effective communication, essential for aiding project performance and cash flow improvements. Your leadership will drive successful outcomes for the Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely consolidated financial statements and compliance reports

• Manage and improve project financial visibility and forecasting

• Ensure complete oversight of bank reconciliations and audits

• Administer payroll processing and compliance reporting

• Oversee budget management and internal control evaluations

Requirements:

• Degree or certification in Accounting or Business

• Over 5 years experience in financial management

• Proficient in tools like Sage 300 and Excel advanced functions

• Knowledge of HST rules and payroll regulations

• Strong customer service and organizational skills
