As a Tax Manager at MNP, you will oversee client-facing engagement teams to ensure successful tax engagement completion. You will utilize your CPA designation and extensive tax knowledge to offer industry-leading strategies tailored to unique client needs. Collaborate with regulatory bodies and mentor your team while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple client-facing teams in tax engagements

• Deliver technical expertise and high-quality deliverables

• Develop proactive tax strategies for clients

• Liaise with Canada Revenue Agency on client issues

• Evaluate processes and manage client relationships

Requirements:

• CPA designation with 4-5 years of experience

• Understanding of Canadian Tax regulations

• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills

• Completion of Level 1 In-depth Tax Program

• Ability to travel as needed
