Part-Time Member Service Representative

Become a key ambassador for member services as a Part-Time Member Service Representative in Emerald Park, Montmartre, and Vibank. Engage with members, provide banking services, and support their financial needs.

We are hiring two motivated team players for flexible part-time roles in our service centers. In this position, you'll serve as the first point of contact, assisting members with day-to-day banking activities. Proactively improving financial well-being by understanding member needs is critical, and you’ll gain experience in various branch functions like account openings and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide everyday banking services including deposits and withdrawals

• Identify and respond to members' financial needs

• Learn branch functions such as wire transfers and credit applications

• Refer members to Financial Advisors for additional support

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Ability to engage and build trust with members

• Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment

• Strong communication and listening skills
