This role emphasizes strategic financial leadership in managing a diverse residential and commercial property portfolio, focusing on growth, budgeting, and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach finance professionals, including Controller and Yardi Specialist

• Drive strategic financial planning and evaluate development opportunities

• Oversee audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting

• Guide cash flow management and capital planning initiatives

• Manage banking relationships and financing activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in financial management, preferably in real estate

• Proven experience leading an accounting/finance team

• Degree in business, finance, or accounting with CPA designation

• Advanced Excel skills;
Yardi experience is a plus

• Strong analytical and communication skills
