This position, under the Manager of Finance, focuses on delivering accurate financial reporting for the Ivey Business School Foundation and Ivey Business School Asia. Your duties will include preparing financial reports, managing reconciliation of accounts, and contributing to budget forecasts. You will help ensure effective resource allocation and compliance with regulatory requirements in a supportive academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate financial reports for IBS Foundation and IBS Asia

• Update and prepare journal entries for month-end processes

• Reconcile corporate transactions and prepaid expenses

• Facilitate wire payments and GST/HST submissions

• Contribute to budgetary preparations and audits

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Business preferred

• 2-3 years of business or accounting experience

• Proficient in GAAP standards

• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables

• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail
