Partnering with senior management, you will create actionable financial insights and influence decisions related to expense strategy and forecasting. Success hinges on your ability to maintain a disciplined environment and drive accountability across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop a high-performing finance team

• Govern all financial reporting and accounting processes

• Design improvements for internal control environments

• Manage complete expense planning and budgeting cycles

• Deliver actionable insights to executive management

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience

• Demonstrated leadership in developing finance teams

• Strong synthesis of complex financial information

• Proven decision-making acumen

• Bilingual (French, English) is essential for Quebec
