Personal Banking Associate

At TD Canada Trust, you will deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and directing them to suitable banking solutions. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills while engaging in day-to-day transactions and promoting digital banking products. You will play a critical part in fostering lasting customer relationships while ensuring compliance with bank regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with advice and service transactions
• Guide clients to the right contact for appropriate solutions
• Educate customers on digital banking trends
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions
• Recommend improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
• High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience
• IFC or equivalent – within 90 days of start
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
