Tax Director for Global Deals Team

Drive tax strategy as a Tax Director on our Deals Tax team. Lead complex projects with diverse clients, while enjoying a flexible work model split between office and home.

In this senior role, you will act as the architect for high-stake tax projects while collaborating with Partners and Managing Directors. Your adeptness in leading and coaching teams will set the standard for quality and performance. Build significant relationships with clients and identify opportunities to provide additional services, focusing on both their concerns and priorities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading and coaching teams

• Strong relationship-building skills internally and externally

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Relevant accounting or tax qualification required

• Equivalent experience accepted for international candidates
