Job Summary The primary purpose of the centralized Disclosure Analyst is to have a handle all loan file initial disclosures and re-disclosures in order to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position will issue all initial disclosures and re-disclosures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Issues initial and subsequent re-disclosures to consumers for multiple loan types in multiple states.
• Responds and addresses all lock extension & relock requests, requesting appropriate locks from Secondary along with determining responsible party for any fees incurred for extension/relock
• Handles all Adverse Actions scenarios, generating documents to issue to borrowers
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 3 years of mortgage lending experience, specifically issuing disclosures/re-disclosures required

• Working knowledge of mortgage loan documents, loan origination program and underwriting guidelines.
• Proficient in all compliance-related regulations governed by applicable federal, state and local consumer protection laws.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Well organized with the ability to multi-task
• Demonstrates strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Works well with others.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Moderate PC skills (MS Office products) and experience with mortgage origination systems
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
