Finance Director

Insight Global is looking for a Finance Director to join a top Canadian cooperative located in St Jacobs. You will be joining the Finance team to support their multi-year ERP transformation to Microsoft D365. This is a pivotal business leadership role. You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the Finance workstream and lead Finance into subsequent phases as the program matures.

• 5-10 years of of progressive Finance leadership experience Minimum of 5 years in roles at the Director, Controller, or equivalent level
• Proven experience as a Finance workstream lead or senior Finance functional SME on a large-scale ERP (strong preference for Microsoft D365) implementation, with accountability for design, testing, cutover, and go-live Deep functional knowledge of General Ledger, AP/AR, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Treasury, and Financia
• Reporting Comfort working within agile delivery frameworks, including sprint cadence
• Experience managing systems integrator/vendor relationships and third-party delivery team
• Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting to executive audiences.

• PMP certification
