As a vital member of the Finance leadership team, you will drive enterprise-wide financial planning and report directly to the VP Finance. Key responsibilities include leading annual budgeting, delivering executive insights, and driving commercial finance performance. Collaborating with departments such as Sales and Marketing, your insights will directly influence decision-making and promote growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts

• Build three-year revenue and P&L plans

• Partner with leadership for strategic financial analyses

• Improve pricing and gross margin performance

• Mentor and develop the FP&A team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance or related field

• 8-12 years of finance experience, including FP&A leadership

• Advanced Excel and modeling skills

• Experience with ERP systems

• Strong communication and leadership abilities
