Reporting to the Manager of Pricing & Profitability, the Senior Pricing Analyst plays a crucial role in pricing for Defined Contribution plans. This position is ideal for individuals with 3-5 years of relevant experience, ready to transition into wealth management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying analytical skills to support pricing decisions with meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess risks and financial feasibility of pricing cases

• Prepare pricing scenarios using analytical tools

• Summarize recommendations for senior management approval

• Propose pricing options for plans to stakeholders

• Maintain and update the Pricing Model infrastructure

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in Group Retirement Services or Financial Services

• University degree in Business, Finance, or Economics

• Strong analytical and modeling skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
