Position: SLC Management Equity Finance Director Role
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate financial reporting related to MEP

• Coordinate tax filings with internal and external teams

• Prepare financial summaries for stakeholders

• Act as a communication bridge between departments

• Identify opportunities for improved efficiency in workflows

Requirements:

• CPA or equivalent designation strongly preferred

• 8+ years of relevant finance or tax experience

• Knowledge of tax reporting for hybrid entities

• Strong critical thinking and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
