As a Senior Indirect Tax Analyst, you will utilize your over three years of sales tax experience to ensure compliance through accurate preparation and filing of sales tax returns in Canada and the United States. You will respond to internal inquiries, assist with audits, and conduct critical research to keep the organization updated on tax regulations. Your command of Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail will be crucial as you maintain compliance effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review all invoices for sales tax compliance

• Prepare and file returns for Canada and the US

• Assist internal teams with tax compliance queries

• Aid in external sales tax audits

• Keep abreast of sales tax legislative changes

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales tax experience

• CPA In-Depth GST/HST course completion is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
