At Kinaxis, you will lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, collaborating with various stakeholders to support data-driven business growth.

Your role focuses on enhancing operational excellence and guiding the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will be the go-to expert in financial modeling, presenting actionable insights, and ensuring effective reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build an integrated enterprise-wide planning process

• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives

• Manage and drive management reporting for senior leadership

• Support executive presentations and Board reporting

• Deliver financial insights that inform key business decisions

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Finance or related field

• 10+ years in FP&A or corporate finance

• CPA, CFA, or MBA designation preferred

• Proven leadership and mentoring experience

• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis
