Vice President of Finance Ontario

Become the Vice President of Finance at Blue Stone Properties and lead financial strategy in London, Ontario. Evaluate growth opportunities, oversee compliance, and guide financial decisions in a hybrid environment.

This role reports to the Executive Vice President, focusing on financial leadership across a diverse property management portfolio. You will influence strategic growth initiatives by working directly with ownership and senior management on essential financial planning and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage finance professionals, promoting teamwork

• Provide financial oversight and reporting for the organization

• Lead budgeting and capital planning processes

• Establish and maintain key lender and stakeholder relationships

• Drive financial due diligence for acquisitions and projects

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years in financial management, preferably in properties

• Proven senior management experience in accounting/finance

• Degree focused in business or finance and CPA certification

• Advanced Excel skills, Yardi experience beneficial

• Strong leadership and communication skills
