Flexible Member Service Representative Role

As a Member Service Representative in Emerald Park, Montmartre, and Vibank, you will be the face of our banking services, providing essential support to our members. This part-time role allows you to engage with clients while delivering tailored banking solutions.

We are looking for two motivated individuals who can work flexibly to meet business needs on weekdays. In this position, you will respond to members' banking inquiries and facilitate services, enhancing your skill set with responsibilities like account openings. Strong relationships and member satisfaction are at the core of your work as you refer clients to Financial Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver day-to-day banking services including bill payments

• Assess and respond to member financial needs proactively

• Support account openings and other banking functions

• Refer members to Financial Advisors for further assistance

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable working in a flexible environment

• Strong interest in improving members' financial well-being
