Position: Senior FP&A Leadership Role in Finance
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Take on a vital role as a Manager, FP&A at a leading mortgage institution, providing expertise in strategic financial analysis and project leadership in a flexible hybrid environment.

This senior-level position requires collaboration with diverse teams to shape financial strategies, guide budgeting processes, and enhance reporting standards. You will manage complex projects with significant business impact, utilizing your analytical prowess to inform key financial decisions.

Your role as the FP&A SME will drive the implementation of advanced planning tools and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the annual financial budgeting process

• Analyze financial performance and variances monthly

• Lead strategic analysis including new Channel P&L initiatives

• Champion the Workday Adaptive project’s financial modules

• Create executive-ready financial presentations for oversight

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business, or related area

• Extensive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis

• Advanced understanding of Workday Adaptive preferred

• Skills in data analysis software like Excel and PowerBI

• Strong analytical abilities for non-finance audience reporting
